Yes it is my favorite holiday (next to the drinking of St. Pattie's): Valentine's Day. There's so much love in the air. And I'm a hopeless romantic. Even though I'm single *by choice, I swear! I love to make cards for my friends. It's super cheesy but I think they enjoy it as much as I do. This year: simple. Basic food-stuffs that I love and comparing them. Went off pretty well. I think I'd like to make a whole line of classy and kitchy v-day cards... the real question:

Would YOU buy them???

There is a lot of new art I can feel myself waiting to do. I'm not sure what's holding me back. Hopefully soon I will upload the V-day cards I made for my friends. SO CHECK IN come February 14th (I don't want to ruin it for those who will actually receive them!). For the most part I am just out on the market for a job - and the dating scene. Ahhh! So scary - both of them! But it's good to be doing some cool stuff in the meantime.

It's my first day with DeviantART, and I must say, it is quite nice.

Check out the work. I don't really think 'collage' is the right word for it - but it will have to do. I am hoping to do new stuff soon, and perhaps (if I don't feel too shy) I'll post up some of my prose and/or poetry. Who knows!? It's just the beginning.
